Both fat loss programs are designed to reduce fat, educate on healthy nutrition and provide the coaching required to ensure results are achieved.

This plan is for you if you want to lose weight gradually and want to still enjoy yourself at the same time. It teaches you how to eat the right types of food to maximise fat loss yet not deprive yourself. This plan is for sustainable long-term results.

A : The Fat Loss Lifestyle Program. While I don’t advocate going on diets whilst breastfeeding this program can be adapted to ensure that you are eating lots of clean, unprocessed foods which aid in fat loss and still ensuring that you are eating adequately for milk supply.


Q : Will I have to buy lots of supplements?

A : For my Fat Loss programs I do primarily recommend nutrition first however, in some circumstances supplements may be required. I will always discuss this with you and work out the best options for your treatment plan and your budget.
